To ensure every piece we publish aligns with our values and maintains the integrity of our platform, we ask that all contributions follow our Writer’s Guide and adhere to these Platform Protocols:
- Originality: All submitted content must be original and unpublished elsewhere.
- Respect & Responsibility: We champion a respectful and responsible approach to writing. Content should encourage thoughtful discussion and positive engagement.
- Tone: We welcome both formal and informal voices, but all pieces should be clear, engaging, and purposeful.

Steps to be taken to join the pack
1. Complete Application Form
Complete our online contributors’ application form. A member of our selection committee will evaluate your submission. You may be asked to schedule a short 1:1 interview to find out more about your background and goals for joining our pack.
2. Select a plan
As you get approved to proceed, you will be asked to select a plan that suits you best and proceed. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email to prepare to be a published author.
3. Onboarding and Orientation Kit
Our mentoring begins from the very first step and leads while giving you the confidence to be sure of your success. You will receive an onboarding and orientation kit to help you understand the process, do’s and don’ts, and approval protocols. As you’re done with it, prepare your article.
4. Submit your article
After a successful onboarding and orientation session, you will be asked to submit your freshly produced unpublished article on your forte. The editorial team will review the article, fine-tune it, and will process it for publishing. Refer to the writer’s guide to meet all qualification criteria to get your article published on the platform.
4. Publishing
It takes between 20 to 30 days to be published and go live on the platform. Upon publishing, your article will be put for search indexing and circulated on our social media platforms, monthly newsletters, and marketing comms depending on the package features.
